The Israelites now organize for a long journey across the desert. Marching into the promised land. The red sea, and the dead Pharoh are behind them, a big unknown ahead.
Moses, "Moshe", turns back to the sea which he and his people just crossed, and puts forth a magnificant poem: The Song of the Sea. As the imminent danger of the Egyptian encounter disappears, Moses wife, Tzipora, is coming to be with her husband. She, and Moses son were living with Moses' father in law, Jetro, "Yitro", Jetro makes a useful observation: Moses is overburdened as the sole judge and conflict resolution officer for all Israelites. "Build a hierarchy of judges, so thqt you can focus on the major cases!" Jetro says. Moses adopt this smart idea, and then Jetro returns to his place in the desert.
